Melanie Sakowski is a certified Yoga Instructor, having completed her 200 hour training in India, a certified CPTN Personal Trainer, certified Indoor Cycling Instructor, Competitive Swim Coach, Triathlon Coach, accomplished Triathlete, and graduate from the University of Western Ontario holding an Honours Specialization degree in Kinesiology. She offers programs suitable to the whole family, from kids to older adults.
As an athlete and health advocate, and from personal experience in her own life through Triathlon as well as coping with the stressors of life, she believes in a holistic approach to health. She encompasses all aspects of one's life into her programs, and is attentive to the power of the mind in relation to body movement and a healthy state of moderation. Maintaining balance in life through proper exercises for the body and mind, and by fulfilling one's duty to themselves through healthy eating and recreation, programs are specifically designed for long-term changes that begin from the first session. Of key importance is to implement small changes into the everyday routines of our lives, to produce astounding shifts so we can live the best life possible.
